“Yo and Hello!”

Ah, the nostalgia. Anyone remember this great show? It was probably one or two years ago, huh? Anyhow, it used to be on The-N and I used to watch it along with Degrassi…

 What’s RFR about? It’s about 4 kids who are tired of school/life in general. Conformity’s a big issue. To top it off, radio is sucking, major. I mean, the school has its own radio station (wtf) with the most obnoxious DJ ever. So then, what do they do? They start their OWN radio station (yes, you read right…they got their inspiration from some radio station in Cleveland) They all have emo tendencies. But I think this show came out before the term was actually coined…

 So, one kid = dude with a ‘fro, Robbie. He’s the emotional one, the one with the questions about…life, in general. He’s kinda a perfectionist…which might explain his later dating choices…His DJ persona is: Question Mark (as in “I’m Question Mark and I’m wondering…”)

Then there’s Ray, the “funny guy.” He’s like the teenage Chandler. Plus, there’s mad chemistry with him and Lily =] (but he of course shows interest in other girls). He’s known for his “best of both worlds,” thing…His persona is: Pronto (opposite of what he really is)

 Next is Lily (as mentioned before): She’s the rocker-punk-ish girl. She writes her own songs, she plays her own songs, and she’s a tomboy. She later dates this cute guy, with this weird name which I totally forgot and makes a girl friend (notice the space) x_x Her DJ Persona is: Shady Lane. (the song by Pavement that inspired her to play/write music)

 Lastly is: Travis. He was basically invited into the group because he had all the equipment LOL. It’s kind of sad, really. He’s the deep intellectual, having lived in Hong Kong, London, other places, God knows where else…He’s also: the weird one. 2nd episode = he brought space food for lunch, wtf? His persona is: Smog (“SMirk dOG” best of both worlds)

 Then there’s Kim Carlisle, Ed&Ted, Parker, the guy whose name I forgot…

All of it fits into a good show =] Seriously though, I’m just procrastinating from doing stuff, so I’ll end it here =]
